Try Local Harvest, Bay Fresh Buy Local Guide, BayFriendly.org, Eatwell Guide, Crow Canyon Community Gardens and this link http://www.theurbanfarmers.org/The_Urban_Farmers/Welcome.html. Except for the last one they are not specific to urban farming, but the websites have lots of great links to organizations that are. Plus, they have guides and such that you can download.
