I just used the beloved Alhambra Valley Olive Oil in this amazing Chicken Marbella recipe from Silver Palate cookbook. Was out of olives (where can I buy Alhambra Valley Olives?) and used currants instead of prunes.

Serving it with lightly broiled asparagus drizzled with red wine vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper...yummm!.
