Are you joining us on September 20th for the Leadership in Sustainability Awards Gala?  If so, you’re in for a treat (literally)! Sunrise Bistro, DVC Culinary Arts, Chef Lauren Mahlke, and True Food Kitchen are serving up delicious bites to kick off the evening. Captain Vineyards, Hannah Nicole, Viano Vineyards, and Calicraft Brewing will be serving their delicious, and locally produced wines and beer.  

Check out some of the Gala menu items below:

  • Chef Lauren Mahlke, a local plant-based chef, will be serving a Mint and Dill Pearled Couscous with Heirloom Tomatoes , Sweet Peppers and Edamame and Hearts of Palm "Ceviche" with Avocado, Cilantro and Lime with Plantain Chip.

  • True Food Kitchen Walnut Creek is serving their signature Kale Guacamole dish, among other tasty bites.
