EVERYONE Welcome!!

Join us for a community service day at the Upper Sand Creek Basin, $10 million flood protection and habitat restoration project recently constructed. Now that construction is completed Friends of Marsh Creek Watershed will be partnering with the Contra Costa County Flood Control and Water Conservation District on a 10 acre wetlands restoration project within the basin.

On this work day we will be mulching our recently planted plants and trees, installing tree guards to protect the trees from local wildlife, removing invasives & staking plants for watering.
