It’s winter, and that means soup season! Warm yourself up with a hearty bowl of chili-inspired lentil soup, packed full of plant-based protein. In this live, virtual hands-on class, participants are invited to join Chef Stephanie Oelsligle Jordan, Sustainable Solano’s Local Food Program Manager and cook along together. Designed for teens (but open to anyone!), this class will review knife skills, a basic soup-making formula, how to cook with lentils and customizing the soup with spices and toppings.
