February is a fine time to start planning for the year’s vegetable plantings. Join Sue Phalen, The Gardens at Heather Farm Board Member and former education director to learn the intricacies of organic vegetable gardening. From seed to table, you will learn all you need to know to produce your own nutritious and tasty vegetables to eat and share.
