What exactly is a "Wine Maker's Dinner"?

It is an amazing culinary experience!  A Wine Maker's dinner is an event that showcases an amazing multi-course dinner service with delicious foods paired with spectacular wines for a unique experience.  The winery representative informs & discusses each wine as well as offering an overview of the winery and vineyard history.   Plate & Vine Executive Chef Dwayne Griffiths will be creating a paired menu that will impress the most discriminating palate!
