Come learn how to capture rainwater, reuse it in your home landscape, and improve the environment by reducing the amount of pollutants that run into the Bay. This workshop will include a mock-up of a rain garden and rainwater harvesting system to demonstrate the components and specifications required to install these features at home. The workshop will conclude with a tour of a bioswale at the Booker T. Anderson Community Center that filters runoff before it drains into Baxter Creek.

Kat Sawyer, Rainwater Catchment Specialist with The Watershed Project, will lead the workshop.
