Explore the world of medicinal plants through the lens of flowers with Clinical Herbalist Anna Marie Beauchemin. In this presentation, Anna will teach us about the medicinal properties of local wildflowers and other edible flowers.
Session will include a brief introduction to herbalism, a discussion on how flowers can help support us in our health and well-being, and information on how wildflowers can be used in both teas and cooking.
