You’ve converted your lawn to a beautiful water-smart garden, now you need to take care of it! This hands-on class will teach you how to create a site analysis of your space, as well as the techniques that will keep your garden happy and healthy, such as pruning and frost protection. Patrice will also discuss creating your own year-round garden maintenance plan. A sample maintenance plan template will be given to each participant.

Instructor Patrice Hanlon is a Bay-Friendly Certified landscaper who has designed and maintained public gardens for over 15 years. The class will visit the beautiful Living Green Garden near the Pittsburg Library. Delicious, healthy snacks will be provided!
