Free! Hands-on anti-bird/glass collision party! Come learn how to apply markings to glass windows and doors to prevent bird collisions in this workshop, which is sponsored by the Bringing Back the Natives Garden Tour, the Golden Gate Bird Alliance, and International Bird Rescue. Come join us in installing four kinds of treatments – Feather Friendly markers, CollidEscape film, paracording (a.k.a. “Acopian BirdSavers” - aka “Zen Garden Blinds”) and drawing on glass by tracing patterns (no artistic skills required!). When we need a break we can tour our hosts’ garden, which is rich with native trees and edibles. Come meet other native plant and bird fans! We’ll have fun learning and working together. Bring your own picnic lunch and drink.
