Join this fun, hands-on workshop for tips and techniques to grow healthy plants, and make your garden more productive and fun! Learn to create high-quality soil, make your own compost (a gardener’s best friend), and prevent pest problems to reduce reliance on chemicals that can harm our waterways and wildlife. Take home handouts, free seeds or seedlings, and additional resources. Garden boxes will be available for adoption to San Pablo residents. Pre-registration preferred but not required. Please contact Martha at (510) 788-0897 or martha@thewatershedproject.org. Sponsored by RecycleMore, the City of San Pablo, and presented by The Watershed Project.
