Please join the Food Service Technology Center (FSTC), for our Open House and Ribbon Cutting.

The Open House is from 4 - 7pm, and the Ribbon Cutting is at 5:15pm.

The Food Service Technology Center (FSTC), funded through PG&E, is a world-class energy-efficiency research lab and training center located in San Ramon. Serving the commercial food service industry for almost 25 years, the FSTC is a free resource that can help your favorite local restaurants cut energy and water costs. The FSTC is opening up their facility and will be offering tours of the lab, live test demonstrations (French fries and more!) and the opportunity to mingle with energy efficiency experts. Come by and get a taste of what food service sustainability is all about.

Appetizers and Refreshments will be served.
