Have you ever wanted to learn how to make kombucha or other probiotic drinks?  Chef Alison Negrin, will demonstrate some basic recipes that will remove the mystery and reveal the benefits of probiotic drinks.  You will have the opportunity to taste, create and practice in this hands-on class.  Course fee includes all food and food-making materials provided by DVC. Parking passes are not required for Saturday classes.
