News Conference to draw media attention to moving America away from oil!
Environment Californiaand community leaders will speak to reporters about solutions to our society's addiction to oil.
The news conference will highlight solutions being implemented locally in Contra Costa. It will be an opportunity to spread the message to radio, television, and newspapers.
Attendees will have the option of holding signs and interacting with the media. Or you can just come to hear about what's going on and show your support!
We will also have present Environment California research reports on green job training programs at community colleges, benefits to homeowner of solar power, and more.
