LocationWalnut Creek, CA What brings you to the SCOCO Network?I'm interested in all things sustainable. I wrote a cookbook, Cuisine for Whole Health, Recipes for a Sustainable Life. I was formerly a caterer in the Napa Valley and I now live in Walnut Creek. I consult with people and teach them how to shop and cook sustainably. I also teach people about using a high protein, low carbohydrate diet with the addition of certain amino acids, vitamins and minerals to achieve optimum health and prevent illness.
