DESCRIPTION:
The city of Antioch is looking for a passionate, inspiring person to join our team to implement diversion programs at city facilities. This part-time, temporary position will provide dedicated assistance to other departments to ensure compliance with state regulations related to organics (food waste) and waste diversion. Other task may include working with commercial and residential customers; participating in door-to-door campaigns, meeting with local businesses, providing education and training; and provides assistance in administering recycling awareness and diversion programs, including public relations activities.
