We are working with local cities in Contra Costa to join California First and provide for pace financing For background information see.
PACE financing will enable a homeowner or business to substitute their PG&E bill with a small loan repayment to finance home performance, energy and water efficiency and renewable energy installations. The PACE model will reduce a community�s GHG footprint, create local green collar jobs and promote a healthier and greener community." Adam Lenz, City of Richmond,
