Join us for the final Green Movie Night of 2026. Our first film explores the shift in attitudes about managing wildfires, from total suppression to using “good fire” as a tool. Includes indigenous perspectives on ancestral practices working with fire. Speakers include Zoë Fung, Wildfire Conservation Coordinator with CC County Resource Conservation District.
We will also share a brief film highlighting actions every homeowner can take to mitigate fire risk. An expert guest speaker will facilitate a discussion on home hardening.
This is a FREE event and is open to everyone. Enjoy light snacks.
