Join Patrice Hanlon and her husband, Chris as they share their knowledge of canning. Canning is a great way to enjoy the fruits of summer. Tomatoes, beans, cucumbers, carrots and many other vegetables can be easily preserved with a few simple tools. The class will introduce participants to different methods of preserving, with a particular focus on water bath canning.

Class Fee: $35
Materials fee: $10 (covers 2 jars of pickles and recipe for Sally Ann’s Dill & Bread and Butter Pickles)
