Contra Costa County Climate Leaders (4CL) hosted a very informative workshop this week about this exciting topic.  Phase 2 of the California First program is open to new counties only from April through July so hopefully Contra Costa County will get in! The City of Richmond has prepared a resolution that other cities can duplicate (it can be downloaded at Cities must do this ASAP so that our County knows how interested our community is in seeing this come to fruition in 2010!  This is a great opportunity for Contra Costa residents to get affordable financing for solar installation so encourage your city to adopt this resolution NOW.
