Are you a novice or unsure gardener, a little intimidated by all the things you need to know about when you garden? Build your confidence! Join Susan in this easy going class to learn the basics of sustainable gardening: garden planning, site analysis, making the most of you soil, plants and plant selection, how to put plants in the ground, simple irrigation techniques, maintenance tips, and how to marshal your resources when you face the inevitable problems and challenges. You'll also learn about the best tools for your garden and will receive a resource guide chock full of useful information. Registration and fee required.
