Join Contra Costa County's Last Plastic Straw, a Crestwood Healing Center sustainability campaign, for a screening of the film Straws at the Campbell Theater in Martinez on 11/14 at 6:00pm. Learn about the problems caused by plastic pollution and steps that our community can take to be part of the solution! Special guests, including The Last Plastic Straw founder, Jackie Nunez, will join our discussion panel and answer audience questions. Additionally, local businesses that have taken action to reduce or eliminate their plastic straw usage through the Straw campaign will be recognized for their efforts.
