Solar Tour organized by the Northern California Solar Energy Association (NorCal Solar), a volunteer educational outreach group, and hosted by City of Walnut Creek.Listen to informative speakers and visit a half dozen local sites with solar and green features including three private homes, one apartment complex, a college campus, and a large building installation.See solar energy systems in action in real homes in your community. Talk to homeowners living with solar homes.Learn how to use energy from the sun and about rebates and tax incentives from the state, local and federal government for doing it.This is a free educational event.
