Join SPAWNERS and Ranger Bob Flasher on a special trek across San Pablo Dam to the east side of the lake into Scow Canyon.  One historic website claims that the "Scow Place" was really the Richmond Farm Creamery, a dairy run by a confederate Colonel May while another claims that Soren Skow and his family founded the Skow & Sons Dairy there in 1899. We may or may not be able to sort this out on the hike.  But we will get some wonderful views of San Pablo Reservoir in the process. We'll do a trout/salmon migration rap too! This is a moderate level hike. Call 510-665-3538 to RSVP and for directions to the meeting point.
