Paul Alivisatos, Director, Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, will share his latest research on building a sustainable energy future, entitled Carbon Cycle 2.0 (CC2.0).

Most scientists now agree that the earth's climate is changing in large part due to human activity. Specifically, the average temperature of the earth is rising and the cause appears to be the introduction of greenhouse gases into the atmosphere from the burning of fossil fuels.
