The FSTC's Todd Bell will take you from the classroom to the kitchen in this fast paced interactive seminar as he walks you through a kitchen ‘tune up.'

The class will start off with a quick road map for energy and water savings highlighting results based action items. Through numerous FSTC case studies, Todd will explain how restaurant owners have implemented these action items to turbo-charge their operations, significantly reduce utility bills, and tapped the CA Energy Wise rebate program to minimize capital expenditures.

  • How to properly maintain cooking appliances and refrigeration equipment to save energy and extent service life.
  • About the 'real world' benefits of energy efficient cooking appliances.
