Join U.S. Green Building Council's Diablo East Bay Branch for a presentation focusing on the LEED points in Energy and Atmosphere and Indoor Air Quality strategies employed at the Station Landing, followed by a tour of the facility.AAA relocated 1,000 workers to the new office a few blocks from the Pleasant Hill BART station. The area around the station is undergoing major transformation including more than 2 million square feet of office and commercial development, 3,000 residential units, shopping and open space. The 255,000 square foot property earned LEED Gold certification. The building will use 40 percent less water and 17 percent less energy than buildings of similar size.
